Important arrival information

• Our reception is staffed until 8 p.m., please remember to carry your room card with you. An arrival after 8 p.m. is possible via our key safe, you will receive the code for the safe with your booking confirmation.
• Check in: from 3 p.m. / Check out: until 11 a.m
• Charging station for e-cars: please inform us before arrival whether you would like to charge your vehicle only or charge AND park. We charge EUR 12.00 per parking space and EUR 0.63 / kWh, as well as EUR 1.14 activation fee. Billing takes place via an external provider by credit card. The charging process is started via a QR code.
• Free public parking spaces are located around the hotel. We are also happy to reserve a hotel parking space for EUR 12.00 per vehicle/night. The nearest multi-story car park is in Welserquartier, Welserstraße 75.
• You are welcome to bring pets (except rodents), we charge EUR 12.00 per pet/night
• Please note that some of the hotel’s public areas are under camera surveillance.
• We also offer low-radiation rooms. Please let us know if you prefer or dislike these.
• Exercise is healthy. With 2 floors, we do not have an elevator.
• There is no room cleaning during the stay. Please let us know in the morning if you need fresh towels, soap, toilet paper or similar.
• As an environmentally conscious hotel, we do not have air conditioning.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel or in the rooms. If there is an alarm and the fire brigade is deployed, we will charge the person responsible for the costs of approx. EUR 900.00. And cleaning costs of EUR 80.00
• Since every guest has something different that is important, but we don’t know what you value most, let us know what you would like to do with the room before you arrive. We would like to point out that it will not always be possible, but we will do our utmost to choose the right room for you. We prefer direct bookers to third party bookers (online travel agencies).
